How can I make sure that I’m enrolled?

Once you have formalized your enrollment you can download your enrollment confirmation document from the Enrollment Portal and you will receive a confirmation email as well.

Why doesn’t the system allow me to enroll when I enter the Portal even though the enrollment period hasn’t ended?

You will find explanatory notices on the Enrollment Portal itself about why you cannot start the enrollment process, enroll in one or more subjects, or validate your final selection.

Can I enroll in subjects from other academic years?

You should enroll in all subjects that you have pending from the previous academic year and then enroll in the subjects corresponding to the academic year(s) for which you wish to formalize your enrollment. This rule does not apply to language subjects in your curriculum. Nor does it apply to students enrolled in Double Degrees, part-time students, students enrolled in online Bachelor’s degrees, or students who studying abroad. If you have any questions, contact your Academic Adviser.

I want to make changes, but I am worried about losing my current offer if the changes are not accepted.

If you have requested a change that is not possible, your original offer will ALWAYS be available.

How long does the platform take to accept or reject a change that I have requested? Can I do something to accelerate the process?

If you have requested a change and the system cannot immediately meet your request, your request will remain on the waiting list until a spot becomes available. You will receive an email as soon as your request has been accepted. If the deadline has passed and your request could not be granted, you will receive an email informing you that the changes could not be included in your enrollment and that your initial enrollment offer will apply.

Is it possible that only one of the changes I request will be approved? What happens with the changes that are not immediately approved?

Yes, it is possible. Each change will be confirmed as spots in that group or subject become available. If you requested several changes to your initial offer and one or more of the changes cannot be immediately granted, they will be put on the waiting list. You will receive an email for each of the changes you request, either approving your request or informing you that the requested change(s) could not be included in your enrollment, in which case your initial offer will apply.

What do I do if I request a change and then change my mind and want to go back to the previous option or select a new option?

If you want to make changes to what you have already modified or to pending changes, you may do so at any time on the Enrollment Portal. You do not have to wait for the system to validate all the changes you requested in order to make further changes, as long as you do not exceed two amendment requests.

How long does the system keep my initial offer for me? What happens if I do not accept or modify it before then?

When you enter the Enrollment Portal, it calculates your best enrollment offer in real time. If you don’t do anything with it, this offer will be kept for a maximum of seven days. After this period, the next time you enter the Portal, it will calculate your best enrollment offer in real time based on the spots available at that time.

How do I enroll in language courses?

The Enrollment Portal only allows for enrollment in the subjects in your Curriculum. Contact the Admissions Department to find out about the selection of extracurricular courses in which you can enroll outside of the Enrollment Portal.

How do I register for the language platform?

The University provides students enrolled before the 20/21 academic year with a virtual language learning platform. The virtual platform is available 24/7 format, providing greater flexibility for you to decide when and where to continue learning the language of your choice. Registration for this platform can be done outside of the Portal and enrollment period.

I was abroad last year and my host University has not uploaded my grades yet. Can I still enroll?

You can formalize your enrollment even if your grades from subjects taken abroad are still pending. However, if one of the subjects you must enroll in is the Graduation Project, you will not be able to add it to your enrollment until you receive grades for all of your subjects. You will be able to add this subject within the corresponding enrollment amendment period as soon as the University where you studied abroad submits your grades.

I’m studying abroad this year, how does this affect my enrollment? What do I need to formalize it?

If you are studying abroad, you will need your Learning Agreement to formalize your enrollment as you need to input the subjects you plan on taking while abroad on the Enrollment Portal. With that information, the Enrollment Portal can offer you the best possible option.

I am a foreign national and I am not sure if I am going to return to Spain to continue my studies. How long can I wait to make this decision and formalize my enrollment?

Remember that in the event that the teaching mode applied at the start of the 20/21 academic year is campus based or blended learning, Universidad Europea will provide virtual learning for all students who are unable to go to the campus in person for duly justified reasons resulting from the COVID-19 situation. This measure will apply until the end of 2020 and may be extended if necessary. We encourage you to formalize your enrollment as soon as possible to ensure you get the best possible schedule. In any case, the enrollment period ends six weeks after the start of each program. Check the Academic Calendar to find the deadline for formalizing your enrollment.

I am in the Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine program and I want to choose the hospital or clinic for my internship. Can I choose it during the enrollment process on the Portal?

On the Enrollment Portal, you must indicate the hospital that was previously assigned to you. The University reserves the right to modify your enrollment if the selected hospital is not the one previously assigned to you.

I am studying in two or more degree programs at the same time. How should I enroll?

If you are enrolled in a double degree, the Enrollment Portal will offer you a personalized enrollment offer with the best combination of schedules available. If you accept this schedule, confirm your offer and you will be enrolled. If you are pursuing two separate degrees at the same time, you must formalize your enrollment in each one separately.

I am enrolling for the first time, but I have completed previous coursework. How do I formalize my enrollment if I am an undergraduate or Professional Master’s Degree student?

Before formalizing enrollment, make sure you have your Universidad Europea Credit Recognition/Validation Orientation Report, since you’ll have to indicate the subjects that appear as recognized in order to begin the enrollment process. These subjects will appear as recognized on your transcript where appropriate. The Enrollment Portal will offer you the rest of the unrecognized subjects to enroll in. It is important that you select only the subjects that appear as recognized in your Universidad Europea Credit Recognition/Validation Orientation Report. If you select subjects that have not been recognized in your Report, you cannot enroll in them, they will be not be recognized in your transcript, and you cannot complete your studies until you have enrolled in them and passed them. If you leave out any of the subjects listed in your Report, the system will require you to enroll in them, and you will have to take and pass a subject that has already been recognized.

I am enrolling for the first time, but I have completed previous coursework. How do I formalize my enrollment if I am a student who has completed Advanced Career and Technical Education courses?

To start the enrollment process, you must select the subjects on the Enrollment Portal that you have already passed at the Vocational Training Center you are coming from.

These subjects will appear as recognized on your transcript where appropriate. The Enrollment Portal will offer the remaining unrecognized subjects for you to enroll in.

Select only the subjects that you have already passed at the Vocational Training Center you are coming from. If you select subjects that do not appear as passed, they will not appear as recognized on your transcript, and you will not be able to complete your studies until you enroll in and pass them. If you leave out any of the subjects that appear in your Certificate as passed, the system will require you to enroll in and pass subjects that were already recognized.
